That is a very interesting post. Dreams surely are a great mystery, I have had dreams of so many bizarre things that I know will never happen in reality.

You know what, I’m also surprised by how accurately the dreams relate to my life when on the surface I just woke up wondering if I smoked something before I went to bed.

@Keli: I agree that dreams mirror our thoughts. Though I think the mirror can be quite distorted at times, something like a carnival funhouse of mirrors.

LOL Simpsons characters? I have rarely had those running away type dreams myself but I always wake up extremely unsettled when I do have them.

I have some pretty bizarre dreams and have looked up some of them in dream dictionaries. Sometimes I’m surprised by how accurately the dreams relate to my life when on the surface I just woke up wondering if I smoked something before I went to bed.

This was indeed an interesting post. I have been recording and analyzing my dreams for years. I have not heard about DreamBank previously and I’d like to thank you for bringing it to my attention. I’m going to visit it and see what I find.

Very intriguing post. I’ve noticed my dreams mirror my thoughts. But then I wonder about those dreams that include people of the distant past that I haven’t thought of in eons and whose names I thought I’d forgotten! I will definitely have to check out this site. Thanks!
